An animation series designed to explain ranked choice voting.
Overview
In June of 2021, New York City conducted its first primary election using ranked choice voting. Throughout the election period there were many efforts to educate voters on the system and encourage them to take full advantage in the ballot box. This collection of animations was designed to prepare New Yorkers for election day and learn how votes will be counted in the new system.
